Accounts and Customer Service
Jacqui is a key member of our office personnel and one of the friendly voices you’re likely to hear when you call our customer service line.
Assisting with Metco’s accounts is Jacqui’s primary role and she liaises with several of our key suppliers. She enjoys the mix of people she works with and among these are Metco’s own staff, who she keeps informed through production of our in-house “Metco Magazine”. Jacqui pulls together information on current projects and recently finished works, and showcases these within the pages of our newsletter, while also devising a competition or two for staff to win a prize.
Jacqui’s university education and previous study of web design and business computing make her well suited to a variety of tasks here at Metco. Her friendly and organised manner make her a valued “go-to” person and staff social club manager, as well.
In Jacqui’s spare time you’ll find her tackling the latest cross-stitch project, engrossed in a good book or indulging her passion for Shortland Street. That is, of course if she isn’t too busy being the proud parent of her three teenagers and supporting their keen sporting interests.
